Presented by Karen Wilson-Wylie from NJ HESAA. At this workshop HESAA staff will hand out materials and discuss the FAFSA process. This talk is followed by an interactive support session where HESAA staff will assist students with their FAFSA completion. The workshop runs for approximately 2 hours.

Only 25 seats available. You must RSVP for this event and you must come with the following items prepared:

*FSA ID and Password (needed for the student and at least one parent). Attached is a flyer detailing how to obtain an FSA ID and Password. Create User IDs and Passwords by going to https://fsaid.ed.gov. The students will use their login to access the FAFSA at www.FAFSA.gov, the parent will use their ID to sign the FAFSA.

*Copy of all 2018 Federal Income Tax Returns and W-2 forms for student (if applicable) and parent(s).

*Social Security numbers for parent and student or if the student is not a U.S. Citizen, Alien Registration number or documentation as U.S. Permanent Residents or U.S. Citizens.

*Records of balances in checking and savings – for student and parent(s).

*Marital Status of parent(s) and date of marital status (for example, the date of marriage).

*Student Driver’s License # (if applicable).

Note: Attendees without the above documents will not be able to participate
