That real miracle do Our Lady of Divine love support Francis included both of those titles into this prayer to Mary knowing that Mary is at her son's side that just like she does at Cana in Galilee when she asked Jesus to do a miracle she can Jesus today to do a miracle so we pray to her during this month of May for an end to all this going on in the world today and then joined feasting would soon return have a great day everyone have it for that wonderful prayer and lecture on the Blessed Mother Mary to all the doctors nurses staff and First Responders at Arleta County hospitals for their fight against covid-19 a very difficult time for them and we ask the Blessed Mother Mary to watch them and guide them through this difficult time and that's all for the segments of walking with Francis what's the news for academic Highlights today we are focusing on our very talented art Department currently our art students have been creating beautiful pieces of art during quarantine still life drawing I've been working on the study of color theory by creating pieces with 10 color harmonies and colored Renditions of these sculptures are our students proof to us. even during difficult times there's always a way to be creative and spread positivity and Robert Shaw during currency they have a powerful pieces that all convey a special message through their artwork all three of them working very hard on there are pieces and we are so excited to see them take their creativity into the world of academic highlights here's the latest news in Spartan Athletics last week the father's Club posted up virtual 5K run how to keep our Spartan family active and raise money for the school threat last week participants out of ran or walk the 5K and send in pictures and digital proof of their progress students and their family participated for the chance to win the grand prize $1,000 scholarship for an incoming freshman occurred underclassmen and a current senior attending college next year only two students and their families enter but also our own teachers many teachers took part in this event has had lots of fun doing it all participants received a t-shirt for the 5K which they were able to pick up at school here is one of the participants 8th grader Ryan that will be attending Spirit next year as a freshman so welcome to Ryan for joining the starting family and now to close office Agnes we are going to have a trivia question can you guess who this is leave a comment below if your gas also what to take them over to shout out mr. Port Alaska and Miss cizik for arranging mean direfang it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience during these difficult times and other senior news a lot of our seniors have received acceptance letters and committed to colleges were very excited to see where all of our seniors will go over these next four seniors although we're sad that we're departing from Holy Spirit especially this early we have to remember that no matter where we go in life we will always be a Spartan at heart thank you RJ for that beautiful segment addition
