APPLICATION CRITERIA & INFORMATION

Every person, as a child of God, regardless of race, condition, or age, has equal dignity and an inalienable right to an education. Therefore, Holy Spirit High School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, racial or ethnic origin, in the administration of its educational policies, its admission policies, its grant programs, or in its athletic and other school programs.
 
CRITERIA
Admission to Holy Spirit is based on a number of criteria including overall  academic achievement, standardized test results, and written recommendations from elementary school teachers and principal.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
  • Official academic records for 6th, 7th and 8th grades
  • Standardized test results
  • Child study team (if applicable)
  • Official discipline record
  • Teacher recommendation
  • Completed Application
  • HSPT completed

APPLICATION CHECKLIST

 

Complete either the online application or the paper application and return to the admissions office at Holy Spirit High School.

 

Have parent sign the records release form and submit to middle school.

This form will allow HSHS to obtain the following:

-6th,7th and 8th Official Academic Records

-Standardized Test Results

-Official Discipline Records

-Child Study Team (If Applicable)

 

One teacher recommendation is required for each applicant.

  • REGISTRATION FEE

There is a mandatory registration fee of $250 for each registrar.

ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION

A preliminary round of acceptance letters will be sent in mid-December for all students who have applied and registered before November 30, 2018. After the preliminary round of letters has been sent, acceptance letters will be sent on a rolling basis. Once all of your application materials have been received and reviewed,  Acceptance Notification Letters are mailed.
