That real miracle do Our Lady of Divine love support Francis included both of those titles into this prayer to Mary knowing that Mary is at her son's side that just like she does at Cana in Galilee when she asked Jesus to do a miracle she can Jesus today to do a miracle so we pray to her during this month of May for an end to all this going on in the world today and then joined feasting would soon return have a great day everyone have it for that wonderful prayer and lecture on the Blessed Mother Mary to all the doctors nurses staff and First Responders at Arleta County hospitals for their fight against covid-19 a very difficult time for them and we ask the Blessed Mother Mary to watch them and guide them through this difficult time and that's all for the segments of walking with Francis what's the news for academic Highlights today we are focusing on our very talented art Department currently our art students have been creating beautiful pieces of art during quarantine still life drawing I've been working on the study of color theory by creating pieces with 10 color harmonies and colored Renditions of these sculptures are our students proof to us. even during difficult times there's always a way to be creative and spread positivity and Robert Shaw during currency they have a powerful pieces that all convey a special message through their artwork all three of them working very hard on there are pieces and we are so excited to see them take their creativity into the world of academic highlights here's the latest news in Spartan Athletics last week the father's Club posted up virtual 5K run how to keep our Spartan family active and raise money for the school threat last week participants out of ran or walk the 5K and send in pictures and digital proof of their progress students and their family participated for the chance to win the grand prize $1,000 scholarship for an incoming freshman occurred underclassmen and a current senior attending college next year only two students and their families enter but also our own teachers many teachers took part in this event has had lots of fun doing it all participants received a t-shirt for the 5K which they were able to pick up at school here is one of the participants 8th grader Ryan that will be attending Spirit next year as a freshman so welcome to Ryan for joining the starting family and now to close office Agnes we are going to have a trivia question can you guess who this is leave a comment below if your gas also what to take them over to shout out mr. Tom finan and the father's club for Raging the 5K run thank you for all that you do for our school and that's all for Spartan athletic excited to announce a new segment to starting TV call quarantine tips today is Aiden Branch he'll be showing us some different fun tips for quarantine Lane Bryant in today I'm going to bring you our latest quarantine tips today's topic different uses of lanyards there are many ways to use a lanyard good ways but what I found the most effective is using it as a flyswatter card here's a bug lanyard my lanyard has just been in my backpack what do you use it to carry something so I don't have to use it next school year my music my Holy Spirit walk my dog looks like my lanyard escaped again Nails location wow lanyard now it's time for some Spartan quarantine top tips on how to treat those lanyards right ourselves of the good times take some time to learn a new skill together piano is always our passion you can reminisce together about what the outside world was like hello darkness smile you can even go outside together with the proper protection of course and don't forget after a fun-filled day of quarantine activities that he needs to sleep to so tuck'em Inn and Sir John lower back on well those sure were some creative uses of lanyards I'll make sure to try some of those at home back to you Katie some different uses of lanyards that's all for this quarantine text call Margie home I'll be giving you your senior news for school now closed for the remainder of the year would like to get a ferret to all of our seniors this week there was a senior parade at school during the father's Club 5K run where a lot of the teachers showed up and cheered for our seniors we received our t-shirts little cupcakes and got sick with some friends. haven't seen in awhile it was a truly wonderful experience and on behalf of the senior class we'd like to thank all the teachers who were involved and showed up in support of our seniors we'd also like to give a special thanks to mr. Port Alaska and Miss cizik for arranging mean direfang it was truly a wonderful and memorable experience during these difficult times and other senior news a lot of our seniors have received acceptance letters and committed to colleges were very excited to see where all of our seniors will go over these next four seniors although we're sad that we're departing from Holy Spirit especially this early we have to remember that no matter where we go in life we will always be a Spartan at heart thank you RJ for that beautiful segment addition
