Fathers' Club Mission Statement

“The Holy Spirit Fathers’ Club is committed to providing support to the Students, Faculty and Staff of Holy Spirit High School through members volunteering their time and service. The activities of the Fathers’ Club are to help to improve the Students' experience in the pursuit of academics, athletics and spiritual accomplishments.”

“The School Year 2025-2026 commemorates the 62nd year the Fathers’ Club has been providing volunteer service to the Holy Spirit students and Community!

  • A Few Things We Do...

Manpower - Providing Security for Football, Basketball and any call to support School events such as Site cleanups and Facility Updates. We can always use your help! Rolling Sign ups at any time!

Cash Raffle – Three chances at $25,000, sold out in 2025. This is our first major fundraiser of the year. It benefits all sports teams, clubs, and extracurricular activities around the school. We are only selling 1500 tickets - with the drawing in November of each year, on Thanksgiving Day. Great opportunity to support HSHS and win a lot of cash.

Back to School – Information and Sign up table at Back to School Night. We operate a table that explains what we do and the Freshman Scholarship process that we Award to incoming freshmen.

Field and Site – Last year we renovated the Guidance Office, the Wrestling Room and the Music Room. We also conducted a Fall and Spring Cleanup around campus, as we do each and every year. Anyone who could assist with our improvement objectives in any manner is welcome to contact us.

Scholarships – The Fathers’ Club awarded over $58,000 in tuition assistance scholarships to deserving incoming freshmen and upperclassmen last year. This is just one way that we support those individuals that choose to attend Holy Spirit and continue their academic excellence! The applications can be picked up at the Guidance Office during Open House or from the Fathers’ Club. An essay is required as well as parental adult participation in one of our activities as part of the qualification criteria.

Athletic Awards – The Club has been providing the Award for the Athlete of the Year for close to 50 years. It is presented at the Senior Awards night. We have also created a tradition of giving out sweatshirts to those teams that have excelled by winning their Conference, Group, State or National Championship. The registration of the winning team for this award by the Club is the responsibility of the Coach of the individual sport.

Christmas Social – a seasonal tribute to the Club members. Enjoy some Member created specialties and some good company!

New Member Registration – Fathers’ Club table set up for sign up’s of any interested incoming Fathers or members of the student’s family.

Golf Tournament – This annual outing is held in June with registration at 12 Noon and a “Shot Gun” start at 1 PM. This is our Major Fundraiser that supports our Scholarships!!! Stay tuned for more info!
