Make sure to join us next week!

A message from our Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Reynolds, Esquire:
Dear Community Partners and Stakeholders:
On behalf of the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, I invite you to join us for a special Healing Mass on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Absecon, New Jersey. This inaugural Mass will be held in honor of St. Christopher, the Patron Saint of Travelers, as we come together to pray for healing for all victims and families impacted by motor vehicle crashes in our community.
Last year, Atlantic County experienced fifty-eight (58) fatal motor vehicle accidents, the second highest total in the State of New Jersey. In response to this crisis, the Prosecutor’s Office, in partnership with county government, the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office and all eighteen (18) municipal police departments launched a task force in 2025 focused on reducing fatal crashes. With support from the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety: Atlantic - Cape May Region, we have implemented grant-funded strategies to increase traffic enforcement, public education, and community outreach.
This Mass is a moment for reflection, unity, and renewed commitment to prevention. It is our hope that this solemn event will bring comfort to grieving families, encouragement to survivors, and awareness to the broader public about the urgent need for safer roads.
Please join us as we honor the memory of those we have lost and rededicate ourselves to protecting lives across Atlantic County.
We look forward to welcoming you and sharing this meaningful event together. Please register using this link on Eventbrite:
