Welcome Back Coach Welsh!

HSHS is proud to welcome back Spartan Legend, Joe Welsh, to once again lead our Girls Crew program as Head Coach. A 1977 graduate of Holy Spirit, Joe was a member of our esteemed 1976 Varsity 8 boat that won the Henley Royal Regatta in England. After rowing at Temple University, Coach Welsh returned to Spirit and went on to coach for 33 years before stepping away to watch his daughter row in college in 2018. As a coach, Joe has led the Spartans to numerous Stotesbury and National championships, and a Henley Women’s Regatta Championship in 2003. We are extremely excited to welcome back Coach Joe Welsh! Go Spirit Go!

HSHS Welcomes Mr. Brian McHugh as Girls and Boys Head Tennis Coach

Coach McHugh is a staple in the local tennis community, and looks to bring years of experience and knowledge to the student-athletes of Holy Spirit. A local entrepreneur, Brian was previously an assistant at Spirit under HC Lee Mendell and most recently has run the Stockton University Tennis Club since 2016. Girls tennis players and parents should keep an eye on their email for information about workouts coming in the next few days. Go Spartans!

HSHS Father's Club Cornhole Tournament

We are a week away from a fun night of cornhole! September 17, 2021 - Registration begins at 6pm. Limited team openings still available!! To sign up, download the scoreholio app or email hshsfathersclub@yahoo.com.
Boards can still be sponsored for $100. Don't play cornhole? No problem. $20 entry for live music, Mad Dog Morgan's food truck, and bottomless beverage mug!
